Julian Carnall

Co-founder, director, and the operational backbone of Large Minority Travel. Between running the company, he scouts new destinations and leads our Challenge expeditions—because desk work is overrated.

Shona Jordan

Colombia-based Head of Sales & Marketing. Handles client inquiries, optimises our expeditions, and orchestrates the behind-the-scenes magic that makes adventures possible. If it's organised, Shona did it.

Sri Lanka

Meet Heshan and the Wrench Lords — our Sri Lanka Tuk-Tuk crew and the backbone of every adventure on the island. Heshan has been with Large Minority for years, and there's nothing he and his team haven't seen or sorted. From pre-trip prep to roadside rescues, they travel with you, keep your Tuk-Tuk running, and make sure the only thing you're thinking about is the road ahead.

Meet Chris, Justo, Oscar and the Pacific Wrenches — Large Minority's Nicaragua crew and the reason your tuk-tuk keeps moving. Chris holds it all together on the ground, while Justo and Oscar handle everything mechanical — before you set off, while you're on the road, and whenever the unexpected happens. Local, resourceful, and always one step ahead.
